Your puppy will participate in six weekly, in-person training sessions, each designed to build progressively on the skills introduced the week before so you and your puppy advance in a clear, structured manner.

Throughout the program, you will receive hands-on coaching along with step-by-step homework, ensuring that you know exactly how to continue the exercises at home and maintain consistent progress between sessions.

During the final week of the course, your puppy will complete the official AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy test, demonstrating mastery of the required skills and behaviors outlined by the American Kennel Club.

Upon successful completion of the test, you will receive the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy medal and certificate, providing formal recognition of your puppy’s achievement and the responsible training practices you’ve established.
